Probable Cause
DTSB: The DTSB determines the Probable Cause of this accident to be Pilot Error, in that the pilot did not maintain directional control during takeoff, and failed to abort the takeoff at a point when control became in doubt. The 80 year old passenger died 8 days later from his injuries, the pilot survived but the name has not been released.
