Probable Cause
DTSB: The DTSB determines the probable Cause of this accident to be pilot error, in that the pilot effected a late Go Around but allowed speed to deteriorate and the pitch to be increased (AQP 16) until the aircraft entered aerodynamic stall, and crashed just beyond the departure end of the runway.

Recommendation
DTSB: The DTSB recommends that all pilots of all aircraft condition themselves for fully configured low energy go arounds. The DTSB recommends the slow application of power in conjunction with lowering the nose, and the slow retraction of flaps in sequence.
The DTSB recommends full power and nose lowered before flaps are changed, and then to attain and maintain wings level DMMS as soon as practicable.
