DTSB: The DTSB determines the Probable Cause of this accident to be pilot error, in that the pilot allowed the aircraft to enter turning flight well below DMMS, upon where the aircraft was stalled and spun. The following impact with high tension power lines was random and not related to the preceding stall and spin.
