Probable Cause

DTSB: Pending. Apparent Stall/spin low altitude while turning at very low speed. The aircraft reportedly had been flown to KAFW 31 days prior, and had not flown since it’s arrival. The accident flight was likely a post-maintenance test flight with intent to return to KAFW. The stall spin result was likely the result of lack of speed awareness or possibly a Vmc scenario.

NTSB: NONE
