Probable Cause

DTSB: Pending. Aircraft took off to the west and did become airborne but entered aerodynamic stall for unknown reasons, and crashed in a nose low, near vertical attitude. The pilot was ejected from the aircraft upon impact and was found deceased near the burning wreckage. No eye witness accounts have been submitted to date. No medical since 2004.
